Refund policy

• Requests for exchange or return must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
  
  
• Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  
  
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge within 7 days of delivery.
  
  
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with the size tag attached.
  
  
• Each order is eligible for only one request: either exchange or return.
  
  
• Return shipping fees (both ways) are paid by the customer and range between 170–195 EGP, even during free shipping offers.
  
  
• If an order is refused during inspection with the courier, the order fee will be applied.
  
  
• Refunds are sent only via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
