- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Once your order is shipped, the courier will contact you with the delivery date and tracking number.
- Delivery times may vary during promotions or peak seasons, and if an order cannot be delivered, the shipment may be returned.

Returns & Exchanges
- Requests for exchange or return must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with the size tag attached.
- Each order is eligible for only one request: either exchange or return.
- Return shipping fees (both ways) are paid by the customer and range between 170–195 EGP, even during free shipping offers.
- If an order is refused during inspection with the courier, the order fee will be applied.
- Refunds are sent only via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
